"Vision is needed for inspiration and creation; otherwise the standard cannot be upgraded and improved. Visiting overseas film festivals is an eye-opening opportunity to learn what other artists care about and how the level & depth of local productions are. I hope HK filmmakers can make good use of NAE to bring their films to the world and do exchanges. In long run, let’s say at least for 10 year, there would be influential rewards from this project."
